    Responsibilities include studio instruction and courses related to digital fabrication, rapid prototyping, and related emergent technologies. Special areas of interest include architectural product development, mass customized architecture, prefabrication, parametric design, and mobility.

    Random Rules
    is a seminar/workshop class focusing on transformative geometries that repeat in non-uniform fashions to create architectural products using digital fabrication technologies. Co-teaching with Monica Ponce de Leon [of Office DA].

    Responsibilities include operation of the the CAD:CAM:LAB, which includes financial management, equipment acquisition and optimization, hiring, training and managing forty Teaching Assistants, billing and all other aspects of operating equipment valued at approximately $1 million.     Freshman Design Studio Instructor working with a team of instructors and sixty students on a variety of studio and shop exercises.
  • 1996-1997 Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, Invited Instructor
    Sole instructor for Architecture for Non-Architects, a four-week course offered to adults. This class sought to educate lay-people about architecture and was comprised of Studio projects, Theory, and History.
